Questions:
1. What media message am I constructing/sharing/liking?
I’m sharing an inspirational
picture to motivate other people. I posted this because every morning I have a
short devotion and this is the message that I read in my devotional book that’s
why I share it on facebook to motivate other people.
2. What is the purpose of my message?
The purpose of my message is to
inspire other people to put God first before you do your job because in my
personal experience when I put God first before my studies, everything becomes
smooth and easy knowing that He’s guiding you in everything you do and he will
bless the things that you’ll do.
3. What am I promoting? Whose voice am I amplifying and
whose voices am I muting?
I’m promoting the effectiveness of putting
God first before all the things that you need to do. I’m muting the voices of
the people who don’t have time for God and they’re so caught up with their jobs
because in reality, everything that we do here on earth will fade, all the
trophies and medals, the recognition of being the best in class are all
temporal.
4. Have I given the construction and dissemination of this
message judicious and careful thought? Or was it due to the heat of the moment?
I have given this message with a
careful thought because I’m just sharing an inspirational message
5. Will the media messages that I have constructed and dissemination
possibly harm anyone or myself?
I think this facebook post of mine
won’t harm anyone because it’s just message to motivate people.
6. What values am I promoting or censuring?
I’m promoting the values that the
Bible taught us that we should put Him first in order for us to be successful. “Seek
ye first the Kingdom of God, and all these things shall be added unto you”.

Questions:
1. What media message am I constructing/sharing/liking?
I’m sharing about a picture of
myself singing for God even though I’m not really good in singing, because all
that matters for Him is our heart of worship.
2. What is the purpose of my message?
The purpose of this message is to
inspire people again because I like sharing some good message and stuffs to
inspire people in the same way that God inspired me.
3. What am I promoting? Whose voice am I amplifying and
whose voices am I muting?
I’m not promoting myself here nor
my electric guitar but I’m promoting the right attitude on how to sing for God
and not to just sing for fame or “pogi points” because even though I’m good in
singing I will never become pogi.
4. Have I given the construction and dissemination of this
message judicious and careful thought? Or was it due to the heat of the moment?
I have given this message in a
careful thought because at this moment I just like to share something about
what really singing for God means.
5. Will the media messages that I have constructed and dissemination
possibly harm anyone or myself?
No, because this message is just
for inspiring people and not to harm them.
6. What values am I promoting or censuring?
I’m promoting how a worship leader’s
mentality should be, because singing for God it’s not about how good you are in
hitting the high notes but it’s all about being a blessing to the people and
leading them in genuine worship for the one and living God.
Questions:
1. What media message am I constructing/sharing/liking?
I’m
sharing a sermon from one of my favorite pastor in the U.S. because I’m so
moved with his preaching.
2. What is the purpose of my message?
The
purpose of this message is to make people use music the way it was originally
designed for and that is to worship Jesus.
3. What am I promoting? Whose voice am I amplifying and
whose voices am I muting?
I am
promoting that we should be careful on what we allow our ear buds to listen
into. I’m promoting the real purpose of music. I’m muting the voices of people
who always listen to worldly music about sin and wander why they can’t stop
doing the bad things because they allow the bad music to manifest in their life.
There’s more than just listening to music, because God is the one who created
it and he designed it for worship, so that means if you’re listening to some
bad music about sex and drugs you’re worshiping the devil which makes it easy
for him to manifest in their lives.
4. Have I given the construction and dissemination of this
message judicious and careful thought? Or was it due to the heat of the moment?
I’ve
given this message in a careful thought and not by some heat of the moment or
something.
5. Will the media messages that I have constructed and dissemination
possibly harm anyone or myself?
Yes,
perhaps because some worldly music listeners might misinterpret my message and
the people who doesn’t know God personally will possibly be affected or harm
6. What values am I promoting or censuring?
The
values that I’m promoting is we should listen to good music about how good God
is and not on the bad music that can harm us in the long run.
